Brett joined the team at the Retreat in April 2007 as Front of House Manager. In 2009 Brett was made General Manger. Prior to joining Chapel Hill Brett worked extensively in the hospitality industry at some of the state’s leading restaurants and operated his own hospitality service business supplying hospitality staff to the industry for special occasions, functions, events and short term emergency situations.
